Keep your personal items with you
Once your appointment is confirmed, remove valuables, loose personal belongings, and items you need for the day. Ask us about anything you’re not sure should stay in the car.
Confirm the plan
A request starts a conversation; it doesn’t reserve a time slot. Confirm the agreed work, drop-off arrangements, and expected timing with us before you make the trip.
