Will every stain or scratch disappear?+

No. Some stains are permanent, and cleaning does not repair scratches, damaged materials, or worn finishes. We’ll tell you what is realistic from photos and an inspection.

What if I need to reschedule, or the weather changes?+

Contact us as soon as your plans change. We’ll go over the booking terms with you before payment and arrange weather-related changes directly.

How is my appointment confirmed?+

Send your vehicle details and photos. Ara will help you choose a day and time before we confirm your appointment and arrange payment.
