Information in your request

Our project form collects your name, contact details, vehicle information and condition, service selections, budget direction, preferred timing, and project notes. Please don’t include payment information or other sensitive information in your notes.

How it is used

Your inquiry is stored so Blackout Bay can review your request and contact you about the services you asked about. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or authorize work. An abuse-prevention identifier is stored to limit repeated submissions.

Drafts on your device

The form keeps your in-progress answers in session storage while your browser tab is open. They are removed from that storage after a successful submission. Use “Clear draft” to remove them sooner.
