SMS Terms

These SMS terms apply to Blackout Bay LLC, operating as Blackout Bay.

When you send your request with “You can text me” checked, you request texts from Blackout Bay at the number you provide about your service request, quotes, scheduling, and appointment updates. Messages may be automated or handled by an AI assistant. This permission does not include unrelated promotional campaigns.

Your choice

Text consent is not a condition of purchasing services. The “You can text me” checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Check it to agree to text updates, or leave it unchecked for phone or email follow-up. Your request can be sent either way.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your request and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out of further texts or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by emailing hello@blackoutbay.com or calling 507-707-7788. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
